Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered condition may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take several business days to appear in your account.
Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
